Qualification:
Possess a university degree (an MBA will be an added advantage)
Have a good backgrounnd in banking/microfinance operations
Have between 3-5 years working experience in a similar role
Be open and trustworthy
Have good analytical skills
Be able to miultitask with tight deadlines
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Be pro-active and task
